Pick of the Day: Bonjour Bizou Peony Shirt

off to school

This is a relatively normal outfit, because there are no crazy sequined purses and short skirts. The soft yellow sweater and blue jeans are school appropriate. It matches the earrings beautifully with diamonds sparkling. The diamonds also sparkle on the lily pond blue heels. The fancy school backpack suits the same cerulean shade as the pants.

I think sometimes that thinking of casual outfits is sometimes more fun than thinking of fancy outfits. It takes more work and you have to know what goes well together. I hope you feel the same!

New Doll: Yannick Noah

Yannick Noah is a former professional tennis player from France. He is best remembered for being the last French and first black man to win the French Open in 1983, and as a highly-successful captain of France's Davis Cup and Fed Cup teams. Since his retirement from the game, Noah has remained in the public eye as a very popular music performer and as the co-founder, with his mother, of a charity organization for underprivileged children.

New Glam'R'Us

Say hello to some new jewels!

There are tons of jewels and they all are untacky and gorgeous. I think its a shame that so little items are Starcoin priced. I think Stardoll could make so much money by selling in Starcoins. Time to go accessorize!

USD Makeover

Underneath Stardoll has gotten a new makeover, thanks to magdomilowicz, and here's some interesting news! He's selling his account now, and here's some information on how to contact her.

LE Decor & Anniversary

This LE decor is beach villa themed and colourful. Stripes and blues are the latest trend in decoration.
The clothes seen here in the ad are actually not available unless you buy a membership. The free decor is totally not worth it, it comes in a themed shade and straw. The anniversary was a total bomb, in the bad way. Sorry for the let down!

Bizou & Archive

Spring florals and wild patterns are the norm for this season, and Bizou proved that with some new clothes. Most of them are in Stardollars, as usual. But the Starcoin accessories are dramatic and adorable, just like that feathered purse above.

The Archive clothes are totally amazing and bright. I don't know about you, but I always find bright clothes to be cheery and uplifting in a gloomy day.

blue blazers

A structured blue blazer is a great professional piece that can work in a party and work situation. Pair with a gold or sequined minidress and cage heels for optimum head-turning effect.

denim and tribal separates

A patched and frayed denim sleeveless vest paired with an Aztec print sweaterdress is the height of hipster. For some uptown class add leather riding boots. I didn't add tights, jewelry or hair accessories. Some acceptable tights would be gray, jewelry would be bronze or gold chains and bangles. I think a gray headband with sequins would be appropriate to add class.

New Polished

Polka dots and eighties glamour is the height of classicism, and this Polished collection certainly proves it. Lime green, bright blue and lavender goes well with so many spring trends, and stripes and polka dots are the best.
The zig zags are are great colours, and they combine to make awesome Easter pastel shades. The yellow and clear polish is the best way to add some fun to an outfit. Layer over top of another shade and you've got a great outfit!

Model Land

Model Land seems to be an upcoming new blog. The spoiler is above, and most critiqued the burned legs and overt skinniness. The shoes are classics, but are being used way too often. I would love to see what it is, but I hope its not some lame remake of Tyra Bank's Modelland. If it was, it would be rather disappointing.

Check it out here.

Film Theory Classics

Its time to remember the classics of film and their fabulous outfits. The lion outfit is kind of throwing me off and so are the two metallic outfits next to Dorothy are rather odd as well. I love the props all over though. The huge fuzzy red gown above is so ugly though, and its not like we actually wear huge dresses in real life. The Dorothy braids are adorable though, and I can't wait to see how inventive people take it.

MDM Makeover Brings The People Back

Its a gorgeous makeover, and I think its just the perfect layout to get people excited. I was a little set back by the width of the white text column. Its not a big deal, obviously though.

They also brought another great thing to the table.

Mémoires of a Medoll is thinking of creating its very own radio show. But we'd like to hear from our readers about this new project.
I think its a great idea, because PSG, the previous radio show has gone under.

They are creating a poster series that includes amazing graphics and layouts! The next one?

They cleverly made it into this to get us anticipated.
